Services

Ultimate Travels & Tours LLC provides travel-related services that may include, but are not limited to: trip planning, itinerary support, booking assistance, tours, vacation packages, consultations, and related customer support (collectively, “Services”). Specific offerings may vary and may be described on invoices, proposals, emails, or booking confirmations.

Third-Party Suppliers

Many travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and travel insurance companies (“Suppliers”). You acknowledge that:

  • Suppliers have their own terms, conditions, rules, and restrictions.

  • You agree to comply with Supplier terms, including payment schedules and cancellation policies.

  • Ultimate Travels & Tours LLC is not responsible for Supplier acts or omissions, including delays, cancellations, overbooking, schedule changes, service failures, or losses caused by Suppliers.

Quotes, Pricing, and Availability

Travel pricing and availability can change rapidly. Quotes are not guaranteed until confirmed and paid (as required by the Supplier). Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, fees, availability, and Supplier policy updates.

Payments

We may accept payment through invoice links and/or third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Square) depending on your booking.

  • Payment deadlines are firm. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation or loss of reservation.

  • You authorize us and/or the Supplier to charge the payment method provided for amounts due under your booking or invoice.

  • Processing fees charged to us by payment providers may be deducted from any eligible refund unless prohibited by law.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to Supplier terms and any service fees described on your invoice/confirmation. You may be charged Supplier penalties, price differences, and/or additional service fees for rebooking or additional planning work. No-shows are typically non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our posted Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In general:

  • Professional planning/service fees are often non-refundable once work begins.

  • Supplier refunds (airline/hotel/tour/cruise) follow Supplier rules and timelines.
    Please review the Refund Policy carefully before purchase.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected events (medical issues, cancellations, interruptions, delays, lost luggage). If you decline insurance, you accept the financial risk of non-refundable costs.

Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your passport, visas, vaccinations, and entry/exit requirements are valid and current.

  • Providing accurate traveler information (names must match ID/passport).

  • Reviewing confirmation details immediately and reporting errors promptly.

  • Arriving on time and complying with Supplier rules and local laws.

Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

Travel may involve inherent risks (illness, injury, crime, weather events, delays, political instability, or other disruptions). By purchasing or participating in travel, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree to take reasonable precautions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultimate Travels & Tours LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or Services.
If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount of fees paid directly to us for the applicable Services (excluding amounts paid to Suppliers), unless required otherwise by law.

Website Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website, interfere with security features, or attempt unauthorized access

  • Upload malicious code or engage in fraudulent activity

  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce website content without permission (except where allowed by law)

Intellectual Property

All website content (text, graphics, branding, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to Ultimate Travels & Tours LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Website information is provided “as is” for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that information will always be current.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Venue: Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless otherwise required by law.
